hpdockd for Debian

hpdockd will not start without a configuration file, and none is provided by
default. To configure the service, copy the provided configuration file example
to /etc/hpdockd.conf, adapt as needed, and restart the service.

When adapting the example configuration, you will want to replace @@MYNET@@
with your network address (e.g. 192.168.0.0, 192.168.100.0), and @@NETSIZE@@
with the network size (8, 16 etc).
