id-utils for Debian

A note for emacs users:

The id-utils.el file is small and simple so there is no need for the
extra packaging complexity of building byte-compiled versions.

To enable it, put the following in your ~/.emacs:

  (autoload 'gid "id-utils" nil t)

and then use "M-x gid" to do lookups
