Italian ispell dictionary for Debian

This package is an attempt to respond to the request to maintain an up to date Italian
ispell dictionary.  In bug #530240 using the Debian hunspell package as input was
suggested.  Thus the repository was obtaining the latest italian dictionary from
libreoffice-dictionaries (and uses the version that was specified in its README).
If you know a better source for an ispell dictionary please let us know via

   reportbug iitalian

Otherwise its probably very sensible to switch from ispell to the way more modern
hunspell.
