lv for Debian

* lv does not allow ANSI escape sequences for text decoration by default.
  If you want lv to allow it, pass "-c" to options or environment valuable "LV".

  For example:

  - ls -laF --color=yes | lv -c
  - LV=-c systemctl status acpid.service

  Or, you can set "LV=-c" to /etc/profile.d/somefile and bash can read such
  settings.
