lxqt-build-tools-qt5 (0.13.0-1~exp2) experimental; urgency=medium

  * This is an older version of lxqt-build-tools without additional code
    changes which are needed to support LXQt components which not yet
    fully ported to QT6.
    Here is the LXQt upstream document that explains why we need
    that for QT5 support in the latest release:

  * Needed for styling QT5-based applications and allowing them to use
    LXQt file dialog. (Closes:#1084510)
