jquery.isonscreen.js for Debian

This code was once found at
   http://archive.plugins.jquery.com/project/isOnScreen
but this page vanished from the internet and was not even
found in webarchive.

There is an equally named project at Github:
   https://github.com/moagrius/isOnScreen
with presumably the same functionality.  But the code is
different and from different authors.
