  * Initial upload to Debian.  (Closes: #500174)
  * Patch upstream POD documentation to fix syntax errors.
  * Add a watch file.
  * Add Homepage control field.
  * Switch to the new proposed copyright format and update dates.
  * Add ${misc:Depends} to dependencies.
  * Update to debhelper compatibility level V7.
    - Use debhelper rule minimization with overrides.
  * Update standards version to 3.8.1 (no changes required).
  * Add myself as an uploader.
