libpinyin for Debian ---------------------------- libpinyin ships three executable binaries along with the libraries themselves, they are put into /usr/lib/libpinyin/tools in libpinyin-dev package. The reason is these three tools aren't meant to be standalone tools for ordinary users, but being used only when someone really need to rebuild retrain the data. And these three tools must be run one by one, with a fixed procedure: /usr/lib/libpinyin/tools/gen_binary_files --table-dir /path/to/data /usr/lib/libpinyin/tools/import_interpolation < /path/to/data/interpolation.text /usr/lib/libpinyin/tools/gen_unigram If the sequence is not satisfied, then the latter two commands will fail with segmentation fault. This is designed as it by upstream, don't report bugs to Debian BTS. If you want to change this behaviour, please contact upstream. -- Aron Xu Thu, 22 Sep 2011 10:38:18 +0800
