  * Upload to unstable.

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/patches:
    + Drop all 100?_*.patch files. All applied upstream.
    + Fully refactor 2001_no-save_config-in-Debian-packages.patch and adapt to
      new config module.
  * debian/matrix-sydent.service:
    + Add RuntimeDirectory= key. Fixes daemon start failures under systemd.
    + Add sandboxing parameters.
  * debian/control:
    + Drop '${perl:Depends}' from D. No Perl code in this package. (Copy+paste
      flaw during packaging creation).
    + Re-sort packages in B-D.
    + Drop manually added python3-* packages from D. All handled via
      '${python3:Depends}'.
    + Add Testsuite: field to global header to enable autopkgtest-pkg-python
      tests.
    + Drop python3 from D, also handled by '${python3:Depends}'.
    + Add new B-Ds: python3-jinja2, python3-parameterized (>= 0.8.1) Newly
      required during unit tests.
    + Bump Standards-Version: to 4.6.0. No changes needed.
  * debian/matrix-sydent.examples:
    + Add file, demonstrate the layout of a terms.yaml file.
  * debian/rules:
    + Add get-orig-source target for maintainers' convenience.
  * debian/copyright:
    + Update auto-generated copyright.in file.
    + Update copyright attributions.
