neomutt (20240425+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  Upstream has removed the config samples and from 20240425+dfsg-1 onwards
  that change is in Debian. Effectively, gpg.rc and smime.rc aren't available
  anymore.

  Please check chapter 2 section 10 of neomutt's manual or README.Debian
  for more information.
