neovim-todo-comments requires Neovim >= 0.8.0.

Optional dependencies:
- plenary.nvim (for :TodoQuickFix, :TodoLocList)
- fzf-lua (for :TodoFzfLua)
- telescope.nvim (for :TodoTelescope)
- trouble.nvim (for :Trouble todo)
- ripgrep (Debian package: ripgrep, for searching)

Without these optional plugins/packages, the respective commands may not work.
