ngtcp2 (1.16.0-1~exp1) experimental; urgency=medium

  The binary packages ngtcp2-server and ngtcp2-client previously shipped
  were example binaries. They were only intended for demonstration purposes
  using the GnuTLS backend. With the additional support of OpenSSL backend
  the maintenance does not scale anymore. Therefore they have been removed.
