node-lit (3.3.3-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fix FTBFS/empty production build with TypeScript >= 6.0 (Closes
    autopkgtest regression). tsc now makes target=es5 a hard error
    (TS5107) in the polyfill-support builds, so tsc --build failed and
    the subsequent rollup -c was skipped, shipping packages without
    their production bundles (lit/index.js, lit-element/index.js). Add
    ts6-ignore-es5-deprecation.patch setting ignoreDeprecations: 6.0 on
    the four polyfill-support tsconfigs.
  * debian/rules: make the core-package build loop fail on error instead
    of masking a mid-loop tsc/rollup failure.
  * debian/copyright: list each file under the licence it carries (split
    the resize-observer-polyfill stanza, narrow .changeset to changelog-
    lit.cjs), use the BSD-3-clause short name, add myself for debian/*,
    and add debian/lrc.config for npm lockfiles so licenserecon reports
    no differences.
  * Bump debhelper compat level to 14.

  * Restore the terser name-cache seeder in debian/rollup-debian.js,
    using a small inlined equivalent of @rollup/plugin-virtual (not
    packaged in Debian). Without the seeder, terser mangles property
    names in a per-module order that varies between builds, so the
    minified lit-html output was not reproducible (property names such
    as this.t / this.i flipped). Verified reproducible with reprotest.
    Closes the node-lit unreproducible-build issue on
    tests.reproducible-builds.org.
  * Add myself to Uploaders.
  * The inlined helper is a build-time shim; it can be dropped once
    @rollup/plugin-virtual is packaged in Debian and node-lit builds with
    upstream's rollup-common.js directly.
  * Fix debian/watch: use Version 5 git mode with a matching-pattern for the
    per-package monorepo tags (lit@X.Y.Z). The previous GitHub template
    matched no tags, so uscan could not find the upstream version.
