obitools (1.2.13+dfsg-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  Python3 port of obitools made by Debian team
  API may have breaking things due to str/bytes modifications
  in Python3 vs Python2. Unit tests are fine but should expect
  to still be buggy at this time.
