osg-ca-certs package for Debian

This package contains OSG security group CA certificate selection
as scripted at https://github.com/opensciencegrid/osg-certificates
The certification authority certificates get installed into
/etc/grid-security/certificates, the standard trust location for
the gird scientific applications.

It is highly recommended to run fetch-crl utility immediately after
the installation or upgrade of this package and run it occasionally
or periodically thereafter. The fetch-crl utility downloads recent
certificate revocation lists by following information provided in
the CA certificate bundles. The certificate revocation lists related
to the specific discontinued CAs get removed by osg-ca-certs scripts
on package upgrades.
