plplot (5.15.0+dfsg2-3) unstable; urgency=medium

The octave-plplot package is reintroduced, since SWIG v4.1
officially supports Octave 6.0 to 6.4 (and, apparently, version 7
    also).

plplot (5.15.0+dfsg-16+gnat10) experimental; urgency=medium

The Octave bindings are not built in this version of the package and
the octave-plplot binary package has been dropped. Version 6.0 of
Octave is now in experimental and it does not work with SWIG 4.0.

This issue has been reported upstream, both to the Octave maintainers
    and SWIG maintainers:

    + https://github.com/swig/swig/issues/1893

John Eaton, the lead Octave developer, has thoroughly explained why
it should not be very easy to port SWIG to Octave 6.0. William Fulton
informed that the main contibutor to the Octave bindings in SWIG has
stepped back. Future Octave enhancements will need to come from
Octave users of the SWIG module.
