plume-hashmap-util-java (0.0.1+ds-1~exp1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * Ephemeral upload to experimental to clear NEW
    - As noted in the ITP, this and plume-util, which depends on this package,
      are needed to build all of the modules in the Checker Framework package
      (checker-framework-java). Currently, only the checker-qual module is
      being built since it has no external dependencies. Additional Checker
      Framework modules are needed for Bazel version 5 and would likely be
      helpful for other Java packages as well.
    - ftpmasters: As always, please send me an email if you have any questions
      about this package and I will be happy to explain and update the
      packaging as needed!
  * Initial release (Closes: #1037260)
