  * Make EventLoopThread.force_stop() tolerate an already closed event
    loop, fixing the failing autopkgtest on armhf.
  * Remove obsolete FSF postal address from debian/copyright.
  * Limit setuptools package discovery to bellows to avoid installing
    metadata under versioned Python paths.
