Additional hint about the renamed command line tool --------------------------------------------------- To avoid a file name conflict with another package in Debian (namely jdim), this package has renamed the executable file jd to python3-juliandate during the build process. The renamed file is installed in /usr/bin/. As a result, if you want to use the command-line tool from this package, you should use python3-juliandate instead of jd, as mentioned in some upstream documentation. This renaming does not affect the functionality of the tool or the juliandate Python module. -- EnkelenaH Tue, 4 Mar 2025 21:43:00 +0100
