python-netifaces2 (0.0.22-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Allow PyO3 0.28 and 0.29 instead of requiring exactly 0.28.2.

  * Require librust-pyo3-dev (>= 0.28) to match the Cargo dependency.
  * Use the Python 3.8 stable ABI supported by PyO3 0.29 and update the
    minimum Python version in the project metadata.
  * Update to debhelper compatibility level 14.
  * Add dh-sequence-single-binary.
  * Remove debhelper compat 14 auto-applied substvars.
  * Prefix debhelper files with the binary package name.
