Upstream's test_glob_cache_is_fast required the cli to process 2000 files within a hardcoded two seconds, which measured the speed of the machine rather than the glob cache -- the directory scanning is about 3% of that run, the rest being ruyaml reformatting the files. The test therefore failed on riscv64, where the same run takes 7.5s. Assert the cache's actual invariant instead, that no glob pattern is ever read from disk more than once, which is deterministic on every architecture and a stricter check than the timeout.
