qtiplot for Debian

QtiPlot includes in the "3rdparty" folder:
    * a modified version of liborigin
    * latest version of muParser
    * a modified version of zlib minigzip.c example

QtiPlot is patched to use Debian provided liborigin, muParser and  zlib shared
libraries and a build time patched minigzip.c.
