m2r for Debian

Upstream requires explicitly declaring the path to the M2 executable
by setting the M2 environment variable or by calling the set_m2_path
function.  Since the macaulay2 package in Debian will always install
the executable in /usr/bin, we have changed the behavior so that m2r
will look there by default.  This may be overridden by one of the
aforementioned methods.

Upstream also ships the arXiv preprint of Kahle, David, Christopher
O'Neill, and Jeff Sommars, "A Computer Algebra System for R: Macaulay2
and the m2r Package", Journal of Statistical Software 93.1 (2020):
1-31 to serve as the vignette.  We have removed it from the package
for licensing reasons, as the license
(http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/) does not permit
modification of contents or redistribution of modifeid comments and so
does not satisfy the Debian Free Software Guidelines.
