The tarball was repacked to remove the documentation, a LaTeX generated
pdf file which comes without source. The command line tool ratpoints is
also not packaged, but I would like to include it if the documentation
would agree with the DFSG. It is recommended to use ratpoints through
Sage, once Sage is in Debian.
