The RELION Python modules are not packaged due to missing
(build-)dependencies.  As a result, some functionality is missing:

 * The relion_python_* scripts (Bash wrappers for the Python modules)
   are not installed as they are doomed to fail.
 * relion_filament_selections relies on the Python module "starfile"
   which is not packaged for Debian, so this program is not available.
 * Everything related to the Tomography feature is likely to be broken.

Note that setting up a Conda environment as described at
<https://relion.readthedocs.io/en/release-5.0/Installation.html> is
likely to fail because the existing Python scripts (relion_it and
relion_schemegui from relion-gui) are configured to use Debian's
default Python interpreter.  This is done to support on-the-fly
processing (a feature most users would like to have) as described in
<https://relion.readthedocs.io/en/release-5.0/Onthefly.html>.
