Vodozemac's test suite currently requires forked versions of the olm-sys and
olm-rs crates. Because libolm is deprecated and these forks are not available
in the Debian archive, their source code has been vendored in
debian/missing-sources to allow the tests to run. Hopefully libolm will be
dropped entirely soon. Fuzzing tests are CPU intensive and flaky so they are
disabled.
