sbt-ivy (2.4.0~rc1+really2.3.0+git20260715+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Move to the sbt 2.3.x-sbt branch at commit f686954b, the Ivy that
    sbt 2.0 uses (org.scala-sbt.ivy:ivy:2.3.0-sbt-f686954b...). The
    2.4.0-rc1 line is dead upstream.
  * Repack: also exclude test/ (prebuilt fixture jars, tests not run)
    and a prebuilt example jar.
  * Refresh patches; update the Maven pom.
  * Ship module.properties, as upstream does, so Ivy reports its
    version.
  * Drop the unneeded dependency on libsbt-serialization-java and the
    JRE, and unused build dependencies.
  * debian/watch: format version 5, git mode on the 2.3.x-sbt branch.
  * Standards-Version 4.7.4, debhelper-compat 14; drop Priority.
  * Add debian/upstream/metadata and debian/README.source.
