== Renamed Perl scripts ==

In the Debian packaged version the .pl extension was stripped from
the following scripts:

    blast_top_hits.pl       -> blast_top_hits
    hits_to_fastq.pl        -> hits_to_fastq
    mapping_to_phandango.pl -> mapping_to_phandango
    mash2matrix.pl          -> mash2matrix
    reformat_output.pl      -> reformat_output
    R_mds.pl                -> R_mds
