shovill (1.1.0-6) unstable; urgency=medium

  Introduction of --adapter flag
  - Previous releases of shovill would requires user to
    manually edit /usr/bin/shovill to populate the right adapter
    file.
  - This release avoids it, and you can simply use a --adapter flag
    to pass the file path
  - This flag is not yet propagated in upstream and hence this is a debian
    package feature

  Example usage:
   shovill --adapters trimmomatic.fa --outdir out --R1 R1.fq.gz --R2 R2.fq.gz
