A system-wide instance of snac2 will be set up automatically by the
package. The data will be stored in /var/lib/snac2.

The host is set to "localhost" by default. This should be changed in
/var/lib/snac2/server.json.

If apache2 is installed, then a reverse proxy is provided on the /snac
web path.

Users can be added from the command line:

$ sudo -u debian-snac -- snac adduser /var/lib/snac2
