squid-deb-proxy (1.0) unstable; urgency=medium

  The default destination allowlist now includes Debian mirrors, Ubuntu
  archive mirrors, and public Ubuntu PPAs on all systems. The debconf question
  that previously controlled PPA access has been removed.

  If you have customized /etc/squid-deb-proxy/mirror-dstdomain.acl, review it
  and add any of these destinations that you want to allow. To opt out of
  public PPA access, remove ppa.launchpad.net and ppa.launchpadcontent.net
  from the allowlists. On systems that previously enabled PPA access through
  debconf, also remove those entries from
  /etc/squid-deb-proxy/mirror-dstdomain.acl.d/30-debconf.
