tango-starter requires the Starter server to be registered in the database
before starting the service. For convenince, the tango-starter package includes
a helper script that tries to register it, if needed, a start up time.

The script can be manually run with:

    /usr/lib/tango/tango-starter-register-helper

If for any reason you need to register the Starter server, you could run:

    tango_admin --add-server Starter/`hostname` Starter tango/admin/`hostname`
