Telegram Desktop for Debian

Telegram is a secure messenger from Pavel Durov. This package contains a
dynamically linked Telegram Desktop client. There are some observable
differences from the original binary bundle:
 * Due to compatibility requirements with rLottie, a default pack is always used
   for large animated emojis.
 * For more privacy, auto-sync of wallpaper after updating is disabled. To send
   your current wallpaper to the cloud, choose it again in the app settings.

It is recommended to install the fonts-open-sans package so that Telegram
Desktop looks like in the official screenshots.
