  The new version brings tête-à-tête video calls and group audio calls. This
  update also supports pinning multiple messages in any chats, autodeleting
  outgoing messages, sending albums of several files, and invitations via
  QR codes. Detailed information see in the upstream changelog in
  the /usr/share/doc/telegram-desktop/changelog.gz file.

  However, custom window frame introduced in a previous update has been
  deactivated permamently as the feature now requires Qt 5.15 that is not
  available on Debian 10 buster.

telegram-desktop (2.2.0+ds-2~bpo10+1) buster-backports; urgency=medium

  Telegram Desktop introduces new useful features and support new type of
  messages. Below is a short briefing how to apply them.

  Spellchecker based on Hunspell is deactivated by default for existing
  installations. You can still re-enable it in Settings > Advanced. The new
  version offers custom window frame. You can turn it on in advanced settings
  on the same page.

  Other changes include the following. Three new kinds of polls are available in
  group chats: non-anonymous, with multiple answers, and quizzes. Now you can
  defer message sending in the scheduler. There are improved media viewer and
  Picture-in-Picture mode for videos. Chat folders allow you to organize various
  categories from your chats. Login to multiple accounts simultaneously to get
  seamless notifications.
