Telegram Desktop for Debian

Telegram is a secure messenger from Pavel Durov. This package contains a
dynamically linked Telegram Desktop client. There is a minor observable
difference from the original binary bundle: due to compatibility requirements
with rLottie, the default pack is always used for large animated emojis.

It is recommended to install the fonts-open-sans package so that Telegram
Desktop looks like in the official screenshots. Consider installing WebKitGTK
from either the libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0 or libwebkitgtk-6.0-4 package, if you need
web apps in bots.
