Trilinos for Debian ------------------- Debian provides all primary and secondary stable Trilinos packages. Linking with Trilinos ===================== The most straightforward way to link against a Trilinos library is to use its CMake interface. Set FIND_PACKAGE(Trilinos REQUIRED) in your CMakeLists.txt. Typical compile-and-link statements would then include INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES(${Trilinos_INCLUDE_DIRS} ${Trilinos_TPL_INCLUDE_DIRS}) LINK_DIRECTORIES(${Trilinos_LIBRARY_DIRS} ${Trilinos_TPL_LIBRARY_DIRS}) [...] TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(${MY_EXECUTABLE} ${MY_LIBRARY} ${Trilinos_LIBRARIES} ${Trilinos_TPL_LIBRARIES}) This will automatically pull in all the necessary libraries. If only a Trilinos subpackage is required, the same syntax holds true with "Trilinos" replaced by, e.g., "Teuchos". -- Nico Schlömer Thu, 23 Aug 2012 11:55:35 +0200
