ttf-kochi-1.0.20030809 for Debian

This is ttf-kochi-{mincho,gothic}, the {mincho,gothic} part of
DFSG-free version of ttf-kochi substitute family.  The difference
between ttf-kochi-{mincho,gothic} and ttf-kochi-{mincho,gothic}-naga10
is that this package does not includes non-free naga10 font for the
truetype font hinting information.

From this version, ttf-kochi family is replaced with the new ttf-kochi
substitute family, because ttf-kochi family has license problem.
The original ttf-kochi font family are as follows:

  - ttf-kochi-mincho (<= 0.2.20020727-2)
  - ttf-kochi-gothic (<= 0.2.20020727-2)
  - ttf-kochi-mincho-naga10 (<= 0.2.20020727-3)
  - ttf-kochi-gothic-naga10 (<= 0.2.20020727-3)

They are derived from non-free font known as "watanabe truetype font"
(ttf-xtt-watanabe-mincho, ttf-xtt-wadalab-gothic)), it has license
problem, and even they're not non-free.  I strongly recommend to
distribute this new ttf-kochi substitute family.
