wiredtiger for Debian

Wiredtiger is a project of MongoDB Inc, and the database backend /
storage engine of MongoDB.  Mongodb licensing went to SSPL [1] on
october, 2018 which is non-free per Debian sense. Newer wiredtiger
releases come with the 'mongodb-[version]' tag.  That's why this package
sticks to an older version and the watch file ignores newer versions.

We are not aware about any other project that is DFSG free and uses this
storage engine?

Otherwise mongodb should be packaged for non-free possibly by using this
wiredtiger project.
